Users can optionally configure personal notifications in their user settings.
User notifications are separate from system notifications, and the available notification types are dependent on user permissions.
Create an access tokenarrow-up-right and set it here to grant Overseerr access to the Pushbullet API.
Optionally, create a channelarrow-up-right to allow other users to follow the notification feed using the specified channel tag.
